Unlike many theme parks, which are either outdoor or indoor, Funtura operates exclusively as an indoor theme park. Safety is Funtura’s top priority, with a dedicated technical team performing daily checks and preventive maintenance on rides. All rides at Funtura undergo regular TUV certification tests that involve comprehensive inspections of safety components and expected operational lifetime. Funtura operates through well-coordinated teams which unite technical staff and operational staff and marketing staff to deliver peak guest satisfaction. The marketing team
reaches guests on social media channels and promotes apps and works alongside schools to deliver entertainment services simultaneously as the buying team selects rides that align with market demand. The flawless integration of Funtura’s departments makes sure the company keeps growing while maintaining excellent safety standards and innovative solutions together with outstanding guest experiences.

Funtura faces challenges in retaining existing guests and attracting new ones. To tackle this, the team analyzes guest data and introduces upgrade and loyalty programs. Recently, it has launched its Funtura app, which has received an excellent response within a week. Previously, guests often had to wait in line to recharge, especially during promotional offers. After conducting a market survey, it aimed to provide guests with a more convenient way to recharge, aligning with the growing use of UPI and wallet apps. The app has made it easier for Funtura to engage with guests, understand their preferences, and offer tailored promotions, ensuring a smooth recharge experience.

Funtura offers three card tiers, namely Regular, Plus, and VIP, with the VIP card providing a 10 percent discount on games and additional perks. Funtura provides a dedicated birthday party area for special occasions. Recently, a VIP guest hosted a birthday for 120 children and their families, expressing concerns about safety. The team ensured security at the entrance, child tagging, dedicated hosts, first aid kits, and CCTV coverage. The guests were impressed with the food and cake provided. Though they brought their own cake, they were so pleased that they ordered an additional Funtura cake to take home. It ensures a memorable experience by understanding guest needs and offering exceptional service, especially for events such as birthday parties. Also, Funtura operates within the IAAPA industry and has received an award for having the best rides, highlighting its significant impact and excellence in the entertainment sector.

Looking Ahead

Funtura is expanding its offerings by introducing new rides and arcade games. One of the upcoming attractions is the Balloon Wheel, which is currently being manufactured and will soon be added to the park. Furthermore, it plans to open additional locations across the country. The team is in talks with various developers and real estate operators to ensure the brand's growth, with a strong focus on a strategic and well-planned roadmap.
