A midst the hustle and bustle of everyday life in India, a seemingly mundane incident unfolded a few years ago, leaving Vinay Raokar stranded outside his own home with the keys locked inside the house. This predicament led to Raokar realizing that existing home security solutions in India were either prohibitively expensive or mostly lacking in features. Driven by a desire to bridge this gap, he founded Denler Corporation with a mission to provide affordable and feature-rich smart locks to homeowners across the nation.

Founded in 2020, Denler specializes in smart locks, offering a diverse range of products tailored to meet the needs of modern homeowners. From basic models equipped with fingerprint recognition to advanced versions featuring 3D face recognition and video intercom facilities, Denler ensures the safety and convenience of its customers.

Today, Denler boasts a valuation of over Rs.100 crores and has established a strong presence across India with 50 dealers and installation services in 40 locations. One of the key factors driving Denler’s growth is the increasing demand for smart home security solutions. “With every household being a potential customer for smart locks, I believe the smart home security market will continue to witness a growth rate of at least 20 percent CAGR for the next few years”, notes Raokar. Denler is at the forefront of this trend, offering a range of smart locks equipped with cuttingedge features to enhance security and convenience for homeowners.
Denler provides customization options, integrating its smart locks with customers' existing smart home systems through gateways. Whether customers desire to synchronize unlocking the lock with turning on lights or any other specific linkage, Denler's software facilitates seamless integration.

By securely storing every biometric ID, including fingerprints, pass words, and face IDs on the lock itself, Denler ensures maximum protection against unauthorized access. The company has also employed stringent measures to prevent hacking, with no data ports available for external connections and encrypted login credentials for remote access via the mobile application. “Out of the thousands of locks that we have delivered and installed so far, there hasn't been a single instance where a stranger could unlock our locks with their face or fingerprint. This underscores the robust security and encryption measures embedded within our products”, adds Raokar.

What sets Denler apart is not only its cost-effective pricing and a commitment to security and innovation but also its superior service through a dedicated team for resolving any software or hardware issues. “With sixth-generation locks available at competitive prices compared to third-generation models offered by established brands, we ensure that customers receive the best value for their investment”, highlights Raokar. The company offers a generous three-year warranty on electronics and PCB mechanical parts and a one year warranty on the battery, along with prompt installation services and seamless replacement processes.

Denler has opened its first company outlet in Pune and plans to establish a hundred outlets in metros as well as tier-2 and tier-3 cities over the next five to 10 years. These outlets will serve as experience centers, allowing customers to explore the full range of Denler's products and experience firsthand the benefits of smart home security solutions. Also, in few years Denler is planning manufacturing facility in India for new patented smart locks for Indian & Worldwide markets. “We shall continue to reshape the home security landscape in India with our innovative smart locks, unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction, and dedication to privacy and security”, concludes Raokar.
