Intrigued by the digital demands, industries are advancing dramatically today. Even electronics sector is likely to get a huge boost for driving digital infra and next gen technologies wave and bring about major developments. While the top technology trends remain AR/VR today, the display sector has a major role across the Electronics and Telecommunications industry. The current size of the display market is $135.2 billion in 2024 and is expected to reach $173.7 billion by 2029, registering a CAGR of 5.1 percent. Established in the same display sector is XELECTRON, one of the renowned and fastest growing Electronics & Tele- communication brand in India.

XELECTRON entered the e-Commerce market as a direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand in 2017. The brand specializes in consumer electronics, focusing primarily on display technology, which is quite unique in the industry. As its expertise is in display products, its product range includes LED televisions, Projectors, Digital photo frames, and Portable monitors. Across its entire range of products, projectors are its flagship products. However, the brand is accounted to be the highest seller and number one brand in digital photo frame category.

Formidably, it’s the collaborative contribution of several key individuals that proves vital to XELECTRON’s success. Its CEO, Priya Bhardwaj, oversees human resources and banking operations, and Ram Saraswat, a foundational member for the past ten years, manages customer care and leads the design department. As a D2C brand in e-Commerce, effectively presenting the products through media is essential, and Ram is responsible for ensuring that potential customers understand the quality and benefits of XELECTRON products. Mohit Bhardwaj, as Operations Manager, oversees all operational aspects. The complexity of its operations has increased, with delivery expectations shifting from seven-to-ten days to one-to-two days.

To address this, XELECTRON has established warehouses in eight states to ensure rapid delivery across India. Balbir Singh, its Warehouse Manager, has efficiently managed central warehouse for ten years, swiftly resolving logistical challenges. Together, these individuals have been instrumental in establishing XELECTRON as a leading consumer electronics brand in the D2C market.

XELECTRON as a brand realizes that customer satisfaction is a crucial element in making a brand successful, hence it has
always strived to serve the customers better. Gagan Sharma, Managing Director, XELECTRON says, “Our philosophy is that if a customer is dissatisfied and we haven’t resolved their issue, they are unlikely to see XELECTRON as a reliable partner in the future. Therefore, we aim for a 99 percent success rate in customer satisfaction”.

He adds, “At XELECTRON India, we prioritize quality and transparency in our products, ensuring they meet the standards we advertise in display technology. With over 10 years of experience, we have learned from our mistakes and have actively listened to customer feedback. Currently, we proudly maintain a complaint ratio of only 1.6 percent, which means our non-complaint ratio stands at an impressive 98.4 percent. We have gained valuable insights from both the Indian and Chinese manufacturing markets, incorporating the best practices from both into our products. This combination of knowledge allows us to ensure our technology remains at the forefront while offering cost-effectiveness to our customers”.

Growth & Future Ahead

XELECTRON has placed a strong emphasis on technological advancements too recently, in its product development and advertising strategies. Over the past eight to nine months, the company has begun using AI enabled tools for its advertising initiatives on platforms such as Google AdWords, Amazon Advertising, and Flipkart Advertising. The main goal of implementing these AI tools is to identify and eliminate ineffective advertisements that incur costs without delivering desired outcomes or generating sales.
